Before a single card is drawn, three Unconstitutional Acts are already in play, government corruption baked into the game from the first moment. You don't get to ignore them. You don't get to wait them out.

FOUR PATHS TO VICTORY

One game. Four ways to win. Your opponent has to defend against all of them(or do they?).

LP Victory, Drain Them Dry
Reduce your opponent's Liberty Points to zero by the End Phase. The foundational path, but in a game where three Unconstitutional Acts are already threatening, grinding out LP is never the whole story.

Attack Victory, End It Now
Destroy all three of your opponent's Unconstitutional Acts and the match ends instantly. No End Phase. No waiting. This is the path for players who came to make a statement, not just a score.

Petition Victory, Control the Record
Hold the required number of active Petitions when the End Phase arrives and victory is yours. Methodical. Positional. Suffocating. Build your case while your opponent may try to tear it apart, just like the real thing.

Deck-Out Victory, Dismantle Their Argument
Force your opponent into an empty Draw Pile and they cannot draw, they lose. Card effects that prevent drawing don't count. This win requires you to see their entire game before they do, and pull the foundation out from under them.

When multiple victory conditions trigger simultaneously, the active player wins.
